Music Submission Guide

We accept music from the owner or an authorised representative. Payment alone does not guarantee publication.

Prepare these files and details

Artist legal name and stage name.
Reliable phone number and email address.
Original WAV or high-quality master.
Streaming preview or permission for us to create one.
Original square artwork and the artwork creator's name.
Song and release title, genre, language and release date.
Producer name and contact.
Songwriter, composer, featured artist and collaborator details.
Master percentages totalling 100 percent.
Composition percentages totalling 100 percent.
Beat licence, sample clearance, cover or remix permission where applicable.
COSOMA member and work numbers where available.
Signed authority to host, stream, download, sell and promote the approved work.

What we reject

We do not accept copied artwork, another website's audio tag, stolen masters, false identities, incomplete contributor percentages, unlicensed beats or unresolved copyright disputes.

Standard service prices

Artist account setup: MWK 5,000.
One song: MWK 2,000.
EP: MWK 25,000.
Album: MWK 38,000.

The administrator can publish updated prices. Album and EP sale prices are agreed separately with the rights holder.

Review stages

A submission may be new, contacted, awaiting files, under review, approved, rejected or completed. A music record may move through draft, submitted, pending review, changes requested, verified, published, disputed, suspended or taken down.
