Listener accounts

Create a listener account to buy an eligible album or EP and keep the purchase in your library. Verify your email and protect your password.

Playing music

Audio does not start automatically. Press play on an approved song. A qualified stream may require a minimum listening duration and must pass fraud checks.

Free downloads

A free-download button appears only when the administrator has approved the file for download. The download is for lawful personal use unless a separate licence says otherwise.

Buying an album or EP

Sign in, open an eligible release and complete the PayChangu checkout. The website verifies the payment before the secure ZIP appears in your purchase library.

Artist submissions

Use the official submission form. We will request the master, artwork, identity, producer details, featured artists, ownership percentages, beat or sample permissions and signed authorisation.

Professional artist accounts

Artists cannot create professional accounts publicly. The administrator creates and activates the account after the required checks.

Royalties and payouts

Artist earnings come from verified ledger entries. Open the artist portal to see statements, the current threshold and payout status. AdSense is not automatically credited to artists.

Copyright concerns

Use the dedicated copyright-claim form. Include the affected URL and evidence. Do not send false or abusive claims.

Technical support

When contacting us, include the page, transaction or submission reference, device and a clear screenshot. Never send your password.
