Akumudzi Bwaiz exists to present Malawian music professionally and legally. Everyone using the platform must act honestly and respectfully.
Music and identity
Do not submit stolen music, copied artwork, false identity documents, unlicensed beats, uncleared samples, false credits or percentages that contributors have not agreed to.
Do not impersonate an artist, producer, label, administrator or payment provider.
Streaming and advertising integrity
Do not use bots, scripts, device farms, muted loops, hidden autoplay, paid click groups or rewards to manipulate streams, downloads, charts, advertisements or royalties.
Do not ask users to click advertisements or make an advertisement look like a play or download button.
Safety and respect
Do not threaten, harass, discriminate against, expose private information about or deliberately defame another person. Credible threats and serious fraud may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Security
Do not probe, bypass or attack the website, payment flow, private files, download links or user accounts. Report a security concern privately through the contact page.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may warn, restrict, suspend or close an account; remove content; cancel artificial usage; hold a disputed transaction; preserve evidence; or refer the matter to a provider or authority.
We will keep an audit record of serious actions and allow relevant information to be reviewed where appropriate.
Contact our team before relying on a policy for a legal, royalty or commercial decision. Malawi law and provider requirements may change.
